WinForReal – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all prize competitions operated by WinForReal (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering any competition, whether paid or free, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
1.3 Employees of WinForReal, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competitions are not eligible to enter.
1.4 We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

2. How to Enter

Paid Entry

2.1 Paid entries are made via the WinForReal website by purchasing a ticket bundle for the relevant draw.
2.2 Entry fees are clearly displayed before purchase.
2.3 Each paid ticket equals one entry unless otherwise stated.

Free Entry Route

2.4 Free entry is available and no purchase is necessary.
2.5 To enter for free, entrants must send an email to freeentry@winforreal.co.uk including:

• Full name

• Email address

• Date of birth (confirming age 18+)

• The specific draw they wish to enter

• Confirmation that they agree to these Terms & Conditions

2.6 Free entries must be received at least 48 hours before the advertised closing time of the relevant draw.
2.7 Only one free entry per person per draw is permitted.
2.8 Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries and have an equal chance of winning.
2.9 Incomplete, late, duplicate, automated, or spam entries will be void.

3. Raffle Draws

3.1 All draws are conducted fairly and randomly using an independent random selection process.
3.2 Draw dates and times are displayed on the website and may be subject to change.
3.3 If insufficient entries are received, we reserve the right to extend, reschedule, or cancel the draw (see Section 11).

4. Prizes

4.1 Prize details are listed on the relevant competition page.
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless explicitly stated.
4.3 Images of prizes are for illustrative purposes only.
4.4 We reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Payment & Entry Fees

5.1 All paid entries are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
5.2 WinForReal does not store full payment card details.
5.3 All entry fees are non-refundable once the draw has closed, except where required by law.
5.4 Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in disqualification.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

6.1 Winners are selected randomly from all valid entries.
6.2 Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
6.3 Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners.
6.4 If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw.
6.5 Winners may be announced on our website or social media platforms.

7. Responsible Participation

7.1 WinForReal promotes responsible participation.
7.2 Anyone feeling they may be developing unhealthy behaviour around competitions should seek support.
7.3 We reserve the right to refuse entry or close accounts if we believe participation is becoming harmful.

8. Taxes & Legal Compliance

8.1 Winners are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with receiving a prize.
8.2 WinForReal competitions are operated as prize competitions, not gambling.
8.3 Free entry routes are provided in compliance with UK law.

9. Liability

9.1 WinForReal is not responsible for:

• Technical failures

• Website downtime

• Email delivery issues

• Lost or delayed entries

• Third-party payment provider issues

9.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

10.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2 Data is used solely for administering competitions, contacting winners, and legal compliance.
10.3 We will never sell personal data to third parties.

11. Cancellation, Changes & Force Majeure

11.1 We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any competition where necessary.
11.2 If a competition is cancelled, refunds may be issued at our discretion.
11.3 We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, legal changes, or force majeure events.

12. Fraud & Abuse

12.1 Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the entry system will result in disqualification.
12.2 Multiple accounts, automated entries, or false information are prohibited.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Acceptance

14.1 By entering any WinForReal competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
