WinForReal – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all prize competitions operated by WinForReal (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering any competition, whether paid or free, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
1.3 Employees of WinForReal, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competitions are not eligible to enter.
1.4 We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

2. How to Enter

Paid Entry

2.1 Paid entries are made via the WinForReal website by purchasing a ticket bundle for the relevant draw.
2.2 Entry fees are clearly displayed before purchase.
2.3 Each paid ticket equals one entry unless otherwise stated.

Free Entry Route

2.4 Free entry is available and no purchase is necessary.
2.5 To enter for free, entrants must send an email to freeentry@winforreal.co.uk including:

• Full name

• Email address

• Date of birth (confirming age 18+)

• The specific draw they wish to enter

• Confirmation that they agree to these Terms & Conditions

2.6 Free entries must be received at least 48 hours before the advertised closing time of the relevant draw.
2.7 Only one free entry per person per draw, household and email address is permitted per competition. Multiple free entries may result in all associated free entries being declared void.

2.8 Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries and have an equal chance of winning.
2.9 Incomplete, late, duplicate, automated, or spam entries will be void.                                                                                                 2.10 Duplicate Free Entries

• Only one free entry per person, household and email address per competition is permitted.
• Multiple free entries submitted for the same competition may result in all free entries being void.
• WinForReal reserves the right to reject any free entry believed to be duplicated, automated, or submitted in bad faith.

3. Raffle Draws

3.1 All draws are conducted fairly and randomly using an independent random selection process.
3.2 Draw dates and times are displayed on the website and may be subject to change.
3.3 If insufficient entries are received, we reserve the right to extend, reschedule, or cancel the draw (see Section 11).                                             3.4 Minimum Entry Threshold                                                                                                                                                                        Each competition may be subject to a minimum entry threshold as determined by WinForReal.

If the minimum number of entries required to operate the competition commercially is not reached, WinForReal reserves the right to:

• Extend the competition closing date;
• Amend the draw date;
• Substitute the advertised prize with a cash alternative;
• Offer site credit equal to the value of the entrant’s purchase; or
• Refund entrants in full.

The method selected shall be at the sole discretion of WinForReal and will be communicated to entrants where reasonably possible.

4. Prizes

4.1 Prize details are listed on the relevant competition page.
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless explicitly stated.
4.3 Images of prizes are for illustrative purposes only.
4.4 We reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.                                                              4.5 Cash Alternative                                                                                                                                                                                      Where stated on the competition page, a cash alternative may be available.

WinForReal reserves the right to offer a cash alternative where:

• The advertised prize becomes unavailable;
• Delivery of the prize is impractical;
• The winner requests a cash alternative and WinForReal agrees.

The value of any cash alternative shall be determined by WinForReal acting reasonably.                                                                            4.6 Prize Availability WinForReal reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with a prize of equal or greater value or offer a cash alternative where the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

5. Payment & Entry Fees

5.1 All paid entries are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
5.2 WinForReal does not store full payment card details.
5.3 All entry fees are non-refundable once the draw has closed, except where required by law.
5.4 Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in disqualification.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

6.1 Winners are selected randomly from all valid entries.
6.2 Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
6.3 Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners.
6.4 If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw.
6.5 Winners may be announced on our website or social media platforms.                                                                                             6.6 Winner Publicity

By entering a competition, winners agree that WinForReal may publish:

• First name;
• Initial of surname;
• General location (e.g. London, Manchester, Birmingham);
• Prize won;
• Winner photographs or videos,

for promotional and transparency purposes.

A winner may request limited anonymity where required by law or exceptional circumstances.

7. Winner Verification & Prize Delivery

7.1 WinForReal reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age, proof of address, and any other information reasonably required to verify a winner’s eligibility before a prize is awarded.

7.2 Winners must provide accurate and up-to-date contact details. WinForReal shall not be responsible for any delays, losses, or issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the entrant.

7.3 WinForReal will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery, collection, or transfer of prizes to verified winners.

7.4 Prizes may be delivered by third-party suppliers, couriers, dealerships, retailers, manufacturers, or service providers. WinForReal shall not be liable for delays caused by such third parties.

7.5 If a winner fails to respond to communications or provide the information required to claim their prize within 14 days of notification, WinForReal reserves the right to redraw the competition and select an alternative winner.

7.6 Responsibility and risk for any physical prize passes to the winner upon successful delivery, collection, or transfer of ownership.

7.7 Where a prize requires collection, the winner shall be responsible for arranging collection within a reasonable timeframe agreed with WinForReal.

7.8 WinForReal reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with a prize of equal or greater value or offer a cash alternative where the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

7.9 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, including photographs, videos, interviews, social media content, or winner announcements, unless prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Participation

8.1 WinForReal promotes responsible participation.
8.2 Anyone feeling they may be developing unhealthy behaviour around competitions should seek support.
8.3 We reserve the right to refuse entry or close accounts if we believe participation is becoming harmful.

9. Taxes & Legal Compliance

9.1 Winners are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with receiving a prize.
9.2 WinForReal competitions are operated as prize competitions, not gambling.
9.3 Free entry routes are provided in compliance with UK law.

10. Liability

10.1 WinForReal is not responsible for:

• Technical failures

• Website downtime

• Email delivery issues

• Lost or delayed entries

• Third-party payment provider issues

10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

11.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data is used solely for administering competitions, contacting winners, and legal compliance.
11.3 We will never sell personal data to third parties.

12. Cancellation, Changes & Force Majeure

12.1 We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any competition where necessary.
12.2 Where a competition is cancelled by WinForReal before a winner is selected, entrants shall receive either a full refund, site credit, or transfer into an alternative competition, as determined by WinForReal and permitted by law.                                           12.3 We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, legal changes, or force majeure events.

13. Fraud & Abuse

13.1 Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the entry system will result in disqualification.
13.2 Multiple accounts, automated entries, or false information are prohibited.

14. Account Suspension & Disqualification

14.1 WinForReal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion where fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or suspicious activity is suspected.

14.2 WinForReal may refuse future entries from any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.

14.3 Any entries obtained through fraudulent means, automated systems, exploitation of technical errors, chargebacks, multiple account creation, or any unfair advantage may be declared void.

14.4 WinForReal reserves the right to withhold prizes pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

14.5 Decisions made by WinForReal regarding account suspension, disqualification, or fraud prevention shall be final.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Acceptance

16.1 By entering any WinForReal competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
